Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the USCIS Case Tracker mobile application ("App") provided by Swiftsoft ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The App allows users to track the status of their USCIS immigration cases by retrieving publicly available information from USCIS systems. The App provides a convenient interface for monitoring case progress and receiving optional notifications about status changes.

No Affiliation with USCIS or U.S. Government

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any U.S. government agency. We are an independent company providing a convenience tool that accesses publicly available USCIS case status information.

Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or our systems
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access controls
• Use the App to track cases that you are not authorized to track
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of case numbers you enter into the App
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding immigration matters
• Verifying case status information directly with USCIS for official purposes

No Legal Advice

The App provides case status information for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice. For legal matters related to your immigration case, consult with a licensed immigration attorney or accredited representative authorized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date case status information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information retrieved from USCIS systems. Case status information may be delayed or differ from official USCIS records. Always verify important case information directly with USCIS.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Swiftsoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Trademarks

"Swiftsoft" and the Swiftsoft logo are trademarks of Swiftsoft. USCIS, DHS, and related names and logos are trademarks of the U.S. government. We do not claim any rights to government trademarks and use them solely for descriptive purposes.

Third-Party Services

The App accesses USCIS public systems to retrieve case status information. Your use of USCIS systems through the App is subject to USCIS terms of use and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of USCIS systems or any third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWIFTSOFT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swiftsoft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You must stop all use of the App
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swiftsoft regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Swiftsoft.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

Business Transfer

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, these Terms and your rights hereunder may be transferred to a successor entity. We will notify you of any such transfer.
