By downloading or using TG Chat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TG Chat is a third-party companion app that allows you to access Telegram messaging and calling features on Apple Watch and iPhone. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
You must have a valid Telegram account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your Telegram account.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, distributing malware, violating any applicable laws, or using the App to harass others.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Telegram's API or service availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
