This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information you provide (stored locally on your device):

• Profile Data Age, height, weight, gender, and dietary preferences you enter during setup.
• Health & Fitness Data Calorie intake, macronutrient targets, food logs, and weight entries.
• Food Photos Images you take or upload for food analysis are used solely for on-device or real-time AI processing. We do not store, retain, or upload your photos to our servers. Images are discarded immediately after analysis.
• Payment Information Processed securely via Apple App Store or Google Play. We never store card details.

Collected automatically:

• Usage Data Features accessed, screens viewed, and actions taken in the app.
• Device Information Device type, OS, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Crash Reports Diagnostic data via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.
• Analytics Aggregated usage statistics via Firebase Analytics.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app and its features.
• Personalize calorie and nutrition recommendations.
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Send service-related notifications and updates.
• Analyze usage trends to improve the app.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics) and RevenueCat — bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers In connection with a merger or acquisition, with notice provided to you.

Most of your personal data (profile, food logs, weight history) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

Anonymous diagnostic data (crash reports, analytics) collected via Firebase is retained according to Firebase's own retention policies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
