Welcome to AI Car Modifications. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Car Modifications mobile application ("App") operated by SwiftSoft ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

AI Car Modifications is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Upload or capture photos of vehicles
• Apply AI-generated visual modifications to those vehicles
• View, save, and share the AI-generated modified images

2. Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free and premium subscription options:

• Free Access: Limited access to AI generation features
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features and unlimited generations

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload images you don't have the right to use
• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SwiftSoft and is protected by international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. User Content

When you submit images through the App:

• You retain ownership of your original images
• Images are processed temporarily by AI and immediately deleted
• We do not store or archive any user images

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
