SwiftSoft ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AI Presentation Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:
- Presentation content you create — slide text, layouts, themes, images, and related project data. This content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it.
- Prompts and generation inputs — when you use AI features, the text and instructions you provide are sent to OpenAI to generate outlines and slide content.
- Image search queries — when you use stock image features, search terms may be sent to Unsplash. If stock images are unavailable, image generation requests may be sent to OpenAI.
- Usage and diagnostics data — on iOS and Android we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. This may include device type, operating system version, app version, and crash logs.
- Purchase information — if you subscribe to Pro features, subscription and entitlement status is processed by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Support communications — if you contact us at [email protected], we receive the information you choose to provide.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Generate presentations, slides, and related AI-assisted content at your request.
- Process subscriptions and unlock Pro features.
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App.
3. Local storage
The App is designed to store your presentations and settings on your device. We do not operate a backend server that stores your presentation projects by default. You are responsible for backing up or exporting content you wish to keep.
4. Third-party services
The App integrates with third-party providers, including:
- OpenAI — AI text and image generation.
- Unsplash — stock image search.
- Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting.
- RevenueCat — subscription management.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and in-app purchases.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies for more detail.
5. API keys
Certain features require API credentials configured for the App build or your environment. Do not share API keys publicly. You are responsible for keeping any keys associated with your use of the App secure.
6. Data retention
Presentation data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data retained by Firebase and purchase records retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are governed by those services' retention practices.
7. Your choices
- You can delete presentations within the App at any time.
- You can manage notifications through your device settings where applicable.
- You can manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- You may contact us to ask questions about this policy or your data.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. International users
If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
