By downloading, installing, or using Comic Value Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Comic Value Scanner provides comic book identification and estimated market valuation by scanning comic book covers using your device's camera. Valuations are estimates only and should not be considered as professional appraisals.

3. No Data Collection

We want to emphasize that we do not collect any personal data. The App operates with minimal data requirements:

No account creation or registration is required
No personal information is collected or stored
Camera images are processed in real-time and not retained
Collection data is stored locally on your device only
We do not track, profile, or monitor user behavior

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

5. Accuracy of Valuations

Comic book valuations provided by the App are estimates only based on publicly available market data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation. Actual market values may vary. The App should not be used as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions.

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Comic Value Scanner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
