By using MiniFig Scanner ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MiniFig Scanner is a fan-made mobile application that lets you scan LEGO set barcodes, browse an offline LEGO catalog, and manage a personal collection. The App is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

3. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All information you enter (such as your collection) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain features may be available through in-app subscriptions managed by Apple or Google. Payment, billing, and refund policies are governed by the respective app store. We do not process payments directly.

5. Intellectual Property

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. All LEGO-related data displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available databases (Rebrickable). We claim no ownership over LEGO trademarks or imagery.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the LEGO data displayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
